We’re on the lookout for a few great humans (18+) to join our team as Shift Leads and Shift Managers!

Shift Leads

Shift Leads are hands on leaders in the shop. You will be scooping, helping guests, and keeping the energy up while also helping guide the team during your shift.

You’ll help answer questions, keep things moving during busy times, and make sure the shop stays clean, organized, and stocked. Think of this role as a go to person for the crew while working right alongside them.

Some food service experience is helpful, but mostly we are looking for people who are dependable, adaptable, and bring good vibes.

Shift Managers

Shift Managers help oversee the overall flow of the shop during their shift. In addition to scooping and supporting the team, they take on a larger leadership role helping direct the shift, troubleshoot challenges, and make sure everything is running smoothly from open to close.

This role is a great fit for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys supporting a team and creating a great experience for both guests and staff.
